You need to turn off the Popup Blocker to bring up the [Easy Search] and [Help] popup windows.
Note: As an alternate approach you may chose to turn off the Pop-up Blocker on this specific site alone by selecting:

Enter sco.az.gov as the site for disabling the Pop-up Blocker.
2. Perform these additional steps if you want to bookmark this application.
First, launch the application and store it in your Favorites Menu.

1. If you place your cursor over this bookmark, it will show the stored URL:
http://sco.az.gov/website/parcels/viewer.htm
You must edit out the viewer.htm part, else your link will not work.

Open the Favorites Menu and navigate to your stored link. 1. Right Click on your stored link to open the context menu.

2. Press [OK].
You would now be able to launch the application directly from your bookmark.
