Fiscal Year 2010 Application Fees

(Phoenix, November 24, 2009) --The Governor signed SB 2003 into law yesterday allowing the Land Department to increase fees and spend the additional revenue. A similar provision was included in the FY 2009 budget. The appropriation of the increased revenue will help the Department continue to generate revenue for the beneficiaries, primarily K-12 education, and helps the Department avoid additional staff reductions. The Recreation Permit Fees will remain at the statutory amounts.

Some description clarifications to the following fee schedule have been made and are effective May 21, 2010. These changes will remain in affect through June 30, 2010
