Data Base and Jurisdictional Dams– Manages and coordinates compliance of ADWR requirements for Jurisdictional Dams (JD). Investigates, manages and negotiates resolutions to remediate unsafe or unauthorized dams on State Trust lands.   More >>

Inter-governmental Agreements (IGA) - Participates in the development of Intergovernmental Agreements necessary for the studies, designs, retrofitting, or operation and maintenance for the improvements of JDs owned and operated by public Flood Control Districts.

Disputes over Split Estates or un-authorized structures - Identifies split estates disputes or un-authorized situations created by private parties on Trust lands. Negotiates resolutions with the support and coordination of Federal and/or other State Agencies, and secures compliance of the applicable Laws, and Regulations.

Improvement Applications for Drainage, Flooding and Erosion Issues – Provides technical review, comments and recommendations on applications to place drainage improvements on existing Natural Resources, and Real Estate leases. Additionally, provides technical review, recommendations and management for repairs and/or improvements for drainage and flooding issues, unrelated to disposition parcels.

Levees and Drainage Diversion - Investigates, and identifies unauthorized levees and drainage diversions built on State Trust lands for the protection of private lands located downstream of the structures.
